One time delivery of our 40 lb CSA sample box.

For this sample box, the items are in the box are set based on our remainder inventory. If you sign up for our 2024 CSA, you will get to choose what cuts go in your CSA box.

Sample Box will contain:

3 lb ground

1 lb stew beef

2 lb beef burgers

4 packs of Beef Steaks (sirloin steaks, T-bone steak, Striploin, Prime Rib, etc)

1 beef roast (Outside round, Rump, Blade, Eye of the Round, etc)

2 packs ground pork

2 packs pork sausage

2 packs bacon

1 pack coppa bacon

2 packs pork chop

1 butt roast

2 chicken breast

2 packs of drumsticks

2 packs of thighs

1 Whole Guinea Fowl (3-4lbs)

2 Duck Breast 

1 lb butter
