Fermented, Smoked & Cured in a local smoke house, using a traditional, time honoured recipe.
1 Full 22" Sleeve

Gluten free, filler free, no sodium nitrate added, except for those naturally occurring in cultured celery juice powder and sea salt.

Ingredients; Grass-fed beef, water, maple syrup, organic cane sugar*, garlic, cultured celery juice powder, mustard, sea salt, black pepper, garlic, bacterial culture, wood smoke**.
* Certified Organic
** Smoked in a smoke house, not an added spice or flavour.

A Full Sleeve starts as 4-5lbs of grass-fed beef and dries to approx 2lbs, a Half Sleeve is a full sleeve cut in two.
